Every Minute Matters

Just a quick reminder about how important attendance is to your child’s success! Every day in class is filled with learning, growth, and connection — and when students miss even a little time, they miss valuable moments that can’t be replaced. Our motto this year is “Every Minute Matters,” and it’s a great reminder that showing up on time and ready to learn makes a big difference. Thank you for helping us make attendance a priority and for being such an important part of your child’s success!
The word 'ATTENDANCE' is displayed in bold black text within a yellow speech bubble.

Friday - Pep Rally

This Friday, we have a pep rally at approximately 2:45 pm. We will first announce attendance and academic achievement first. Cheerleaders will take over and get everyone ready for our game against SCC that night!

Parents and community members are always welcome to join us, please check in through the high school office and grab a seat in the gym!

Teacher Inservice - January 19

Just a reminder that there will be no school for students on Monday, January 19. Teachers will be participating in a staff inservice day, and the day also honors Martin Luther King Jr. Day. We encourage families to take time to talk about Dr. King’s message of kindness, fairness, and helping others. We look forward to seeing everyone back at school on Tuesday!

Thank you PVHS and JLHS!

This week our staff received fruit trays from both PVHS and JLHS. We appreciate the generosity and support from our Linn County school partners.
Acts of kindness like this strengthen the connections across our district and remind us that we are all working together for our students.
